5th Annual - GIRLS' HEALTH MATTERS SUMMIT

The 5th Annual Girls Health Matters Summit is a fun, empowering day created just for girls ages 10-18 to focus on mental health, self-care, and confidence. This is a space where you can relax, learn, laugh, and be yourself, no pressure, no judgment.

This year’s theme, Glow & Grow, is all about learning how to handle stress, build inner strength, and feel good about who you are. Life can be a lot sometimes, and this summit is here to remind you that you are not alone and you have what it takes to shine.

At the Summit, you’ll take part in interactive sessions, real conversations, movement, and creative activities led by mentors and professionals who truly care about girls’ well-being. You’ll leave with tools you can actually use, at school, at home, and in everyday life.

Most importantly, this is a space to connect with other girls, feel supported, and have fun while learning how to take care of your mind and body.
