The 5th Annual Girls’ Health Matters Summit is coming to Englewood STEM High School and will bring together 200+ girls ages 10–18 from across Chicagoland for a powerful day focused on wellness, confidence, and growth.

 

Guided by the theme “Glow & Grow: Crushing Stress, Building Strength,” this interactive summit creates a safe and affirming space for girls to learn practical tools to manage stress, strengthen their emotional well-being, and build resilience. Through engaging workshops, inspiring speakers, and peer connection, girls will be empowered to show up as their healthiest selves while gaining skills they can carry into school, home, and everyday life.
